A Miracle on Christmas Lake (2016)
Plot: Sixteen-year-old Bobby Whiteside is a high school hockey player who has grown to resent the holidays after a series of personal tragedies, including being abandoned by his father and recently losing his best friend, Charlie, in a car accident. While visiting the lake where he and Charlie used to play, Bobby makes a magical discovery: a perfectly groomed, professional-grade hockey rink that appears only at night and only when he is present. As he uses the rink to find peace and reconnect with the spirit of the game, he learns that a greedy land developer (who happens to be his own brother) intends to build on the lakefront. To save the lake and his family's home, Bobby must rally the community and play one final, magical game with an unexpected guest.
