A Screenshot to Santa 2023 is a movie about Leo, a tech-obsessed 10-year-old boy in 2023, who, after a year of being on Santa's "naughty list," tries to hack into the North Pole's rumored new digital wish-fulfillment system. Instead of writing a traditional letter, he attempts to send a meticulously crafted "screenshot" of his ultimate Christmas gadget to Santa's supposedly top-secret email address. Unexpectedly, his email gets misdirected through a wormhole in the internet, landing on the desktop of a cynical, reclusive former toy designer named Nicholas, who runs a struggling vintage toy repair shop and has lost all faith in Christmas magic. Mistaking Leo's email for a coded message from his past, Nicholas is reluctantly pulled into a whimsical adventure across the city, guided by Leo's persistent digital updates, rediscovering the joy of creating and the true spirit of giving. Meanwhile, Leo, learning lessons from his own digital misadventure, realizes that the best Christmas gifts aren't always about what you receive, but what you inspire.
