ALMOST DEAD 2016
Plot: A woman named Hope, a researcher specializing in infectious diseases, wakes up in a wrecked car, bound and with no memory of how she got there. She soon discovers a deadly viral outbreak has decimated the population, turning most of humanity into flesh-eating zombies. Trapped and surrounded by the undead, she must use her limited resources to survive. Through phone calls, she slowly pieces together the horrifying truth about the virus and her own connection to it, realizing she may hold the key to an antidote. The film explores her struggle for survival, her quest to regain her memory, and the dramatic, psychological toll of a world ravaged by a plague.
