American Gothic (2017)
Plot: Two white-collar convicts, Nick and Guy, escape after a prisoner transport van is involved in a horrific roadside accident. Chained together and desperate to hide until they can find a way to break their shackles, they seek refuge at a secluded, off-the-beaten-path farmhouse. They take the seemingly "God-fearing" owners, Bill and Sarah, hostage, but the power dynamic quickly shifts. The fugitives soon realize they have stumbled into a den of much more dangerous individuals. The farmhouse is filled with nightmarish secrets—including a young woman held captive in the cellar—and the "nice" couple turns the tables, treating the convicts as the new subjects for their own twisted, homicidal brand of justice.
