Betty Boop: Judge For A Day (1935)
Plot: This is an animated short film. While riding a bus to work, Betty Boop becomes fed up with the rude behavior of her fellow citizens. At the courthouse where she works as a stenographer, she puts on a judge's robe and fantasizes in a song about what she would do to all the "public pests," from thoughtless smokers to celebrity impersonators.
