Black Dragons 1942
Plot: Dr. Melcher, a German scientist, is brought to Japan to transform six Japanese agents into Germans to infiltrate American society. After the war, the agents kill Melcher's associates, and he vows revenge. He brings a mysterious presence, a Black Dragon, to America to hunt them down.
