Chatter 2015 focuses on a married couple, David and Laura, temporarily living in different parts of the world and maintaining their relationship through intimate video chats. While a Homeland Security agent named Martin Takagi secretly monitors their internet traffic, strange and disturbing paranormal activities begin to unfold in David's new home in Los Angeles. A vengeful ghost, a little girl named Anna, who died in the house, uses the internet connection to haunt both David and eventually Laura, escalating the terror through their screens and blurring the lines between their reality and the spectral realm.
