Plot: Cheyenne Porter is a professional-level surfer who lives a double life as one of the world's most elite computer hackers. Using her skills to siphon untold amounts of wealth, she has remained elusive to the authorities for years. Desperate to catch her, the FBI orchestrates the release of her estranged father, Bull—a career criminal and Cheyenne’s former mentor—offering him a deal: secure his daughter’s arrest in exchange for his own freedom.
