Coyote Cage 2023 is a movie about Elias Vance, a disillusioned former border patrol agent haunted by a past tragedy, now living a solitary life in a remote, forgotten stretch of the American Southwest desert. His quiet existence is shattered when he discovers a hidden, sophisticated underground facility – a "coyote cage" – being used by a ruthless cartel to hold and exploit migrants attempting to cross the border. Among the desperate captives is a young woman, Sofia, who holds vital information about a larger, far-reaching human trafficking network.
