"Dead Still" 2014 tells a story of a wedding photographer, Brandon, who receives a vintage camera as an inheritance from his estranged aunt. Unbeknownst to him, the camera carries a sinister curse. Every photograph taken with it captures not just an image, but also the souls of the subjects, trapping them within the picture. As Brandon uses the camera for his wedding gigs, the victims begin to appear in distorted, ghostly forms in the developed photos, and their real-life counterparts soon meet gruesome ends. He must quickly uncover the camera's dark secret and find a way to break the curse before he, and everyone he photographs, becomes trapped in the cursed lens forever.
