Plot: A young couple, recently evicted, manages to move into their dream apartment. On their moving day, they are greeted by Diane Harris, the building's beautiful and charming property manager who also owns the entire building. However, behind her charismatic facade, Diane hides a sinister secret. She begins to terrorize her new tenants, revealing a devious and sadistic nature. The film explores how easily residents can become victims when their landlord is a predator, as the couple finds themselves trapped in a nightmarish situation orchestrated by the seemingly perfect Diane.
