Plot: A young American boy named Cedric is living in Brooklyn with his widowed mother. He discovers that he is the heir to a vast English fortune and is now the heir of his grandfather, the Earl of Dorincourt. The young boy, who is a kind and sweet young man, must now win the heart of his grandfather, who is a cold and cynical old man.
