Maniac Cop II
Plot: The undead "Maniac Cop," Matthew Cordell, an unjustly disgraced and mutilated former police officer, returns to continue his murderous, vigilante spree in New York City. Having survived being impaled and plunging into a river, Cordell acquires a police cruiser and restarts his revenge. He targets the remaining officers involved in covering up his framing, including Officer Theresa Mallory and her partner. Cordell ups the ante by forming an unholy alliance with a separate serial killer, Steven Turkell, who targets exotic dancers. Detective Lieutenant Sean McKinney and police psychologist Susan Riley must race to stop the two killers before Cordell carries out his ultimate plan: breaking into Sing Sing to free the inmates who originally murdered him, potentially starting an army of criminals.
