Plot: Set in an alternative steampunk 1950s during a "Second Hundred Year War," three soldiers—Mason, Graham, and Albert—are stationed at a desolate listening post in the Arctic Circle. Their mundane existence, powered by a mysterious, semi-organic device called the "Omega Machine," is shattered when a red warning light activates and they receive a coded message: "God has forsaken us.
