Plot: Cesar is a struggling worker who accepts a temporary job in a sterile, clinical laboratory. Tasked with routine monitoring, he begins to notice unsettling occurrences regarding a specific, unseen patient identified only by the number 27. As Cesar observes the strange treatments and the clinical coldness of his superiors, he is plagued by severe insomnia and vivid hallucinations. While his coworkers, Isela and Marcos, dismiss his concerns as mere fatigue, Cesar becomes convinced that the laboratory is hiding a dangerous and grotesque reality that is slowly eroding his own sanity.
