Please Respond (2023)
Plot: Two detectives, Howard Bram and Edgar Maitlin, are tasked with investigating a disturbing surge in teenage suicides in their local area. As they dig deeper, the routine investigation unravels into something much more sinister. The two partners—one a chain-smoking, obsessive theorist and the other a more grounded, laid-back veteran—spend their nights in diners and police cruisers debating the motivations behind the deaths. Their search for answers eventually leads them to a chilling discovery that suggests these tragic events are part of a larger, more calculated puzzle that may not have a simple solution.
