Plot: In this animated short, Popeye is running for president. His campaign is challenged by his rival, Bluto, who tries to sabotage Popeye's efforts at every turn. Bluto uses dirty tricks and schemes to undermine Popeye's campaign, but Popeye, with the help of his trusty spinach, is determined to win the election and become the next president.
