Powertool Cheerleaders vs the Boyband of the Screeching Dead 2022
Plot: On the eve of a televised talent show, an enthusiastic but dysfunctional cheerleading troop, Power Cheer, is on the brink of falling apart. Their biggest rivals are a three-man obnoxious boy band, The Starmen. Through a bizarre twist of fate involving a cursed amulet (and perhaps some ill-advised wishes), The Starmen are accidentally turned into a screeching gang of zombies. Now, the cheerleaders must put aside their differences and learn to use their wits, friendship, and assorted power tools (including chainsaws and other implements) to fight off the undead boyband before the TV finale takes a turn for the apocalyptic. It's a full-tilt musical horror-comedy filled with original songs, gore, and meta-commentary.
