Private Buckaroo 1942
Plot: A nightclub singer named Lon Prentice, who is a famous entertainer, is drafted into the Army during World War II. He initially resists the strict discipline and believes he is above the rules, which causes friction with his commanding officer and fellow recruits. He is joined in the service by his bandleader Harry James and the Andrews Sisters, who help boost morale. The film also features a comedic subplot involving a sergeant and a nightclub comedian.
