Psychosis 2023 focuses on Cliff Van Aarle, a criminal fixer haunted by visions and auditory hallucinations due to a unique psychological condition. This condition usually gives him an edge in the underworld, but when he's hired by two amateur drug dealers claiming they were attacked by "zombies," Van Aarle is dragged into a terrifying and bizarre mystery. He is forced to confront old demons and relive a traumatic past as he battles a sadistic hypnotist and enigmatic drug lord named Joubini, who uses psychedelics and mind control with lethal effect, blurring the lines between reality and nightmare.
