Sheltered (2010)
Plot: As a massive, destructive storm rolls into a small town, a group of travelers is forced to seek cover. They stop at a local bar where the bartender, a man named Joey, appears friendly and invites them to wait out the weather at his secluded nearby home. The group accepts, but once they are inside the house, they realize they are trapped. Joey is not the helpful local he claims to be; he is a disturbed killer who believes he is an "angel of death" tasked with "saving" people from their pain. Along with his younger brother, Billy, Joey subjects the vacationers to a night of psychological torment and brutal violence as the storm rages outside.
