"Silent But Deadly" 2011 tells a story of a group of mentally challenged adults who are stranded at a remote, snow-covered cabin in the Canadian wilderness during a blizzard. Unbeknownst to them, a deranged, axe-wielding killer is also loose in the area, hunting victims. As the body count rises, the group's caregiver struggles to protect them while also dealing with the increasingly terrifying realization that one among them might be the killer, or perhaps something even more sinister is at play. The film blends elements of slasher horror with dark comedy, often playing on the characters' unique perspectives and vulnerabilities.
