The Inhabitants 2015
Plot: A young couple, who have recently moved into a new home, soon learn that the house is haunted by a sinister spirit. The ghost, who is the ghost of a witch, is a vengeful presence that starts to torment the couple. They must now fight to save their lives and find a way to get rid of the evil spirit before it is too late.
