Vile 2011
Plot: A group of four friends on a road trip are drugged and abducted after picking up a stranded woman. They awaken to find themselves imprisoned in an isolated house with five other strangers, each with a mysterious vial implanted at the base of their skull. A video message informs them that they have 22 hours to fill these vials with a specific amount of brain fluid, which is only produced during extreme pain. To survive, they are forced to inflict agonizing torture upon themselves and each other, as the clock relentlessly ticks down. As their captors watch, the group descends into a horrific struggle for survival, blurring the lines of morality and forcing them to commit unspeakable acts in order to earn their freedom.
