Elina Agamyan is a Soviet and Armenian theater and film actress. Honored Artist of Armenia. In 1970, she graduated from the theater studio at the Armenfilm studio. From 1970 to 1971, she performed at the Yerevan Academic Drama Theater. In 1971, she joined the troupe of the O. Abelyan State Drama Theater in Kirovakan. She gained fame for her role as Vardush, the second wife of Ruben, played by Frunzik Mkrtchyan, in Albert Mkrtchyan's melodrama Mer mankutyan tangon (1985). The film was presented at the Venice Film Festival.
