Christine Akrey was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at St. Michael's
Hospital to two happy parents, Basil James Akrey, and Patricia
Bernadette Akrey. She attended Holy Spirit Grade School Sir John A.
Macdonald CI, both in Agincourt, Ontario, Canada, then Ryerson
University, in Toronto, Canada, then the University of Toronto, in
Toronto, Canada. She debut as a guest on the popular CityTV Talk Show
"The Shulman File", featuring the former Toronto Coroner, Dr. Morton
Shulman. Her breakthrough came when she handled the customs/immigration
clearance for Danny DeVito's Hollywood film "Renaissance Man" -
coordinating hundreds of cast/crew and equipment across the Canadian/US
border & back. Christine is currently available as an Assistant to
visiting Producers / Directors / and actors, and as a 'stand in' where
applicable.
