Arturo Alegro was born in 1943 in La Piedad, Michoacán, Mexico. He was an actor and composer, known for Muchachitas (1991), Die Königin der Nacht (1994) and Gabriel y Gabriela (1982). He was married to Ruth Roxana Ramírez Zapata. He died on October 23, 1995 in Mexico, Distrito Federal, Mexico.
