Robert Benayoun was born on December 12, 1926 in Port-Lyautey, French Protectorate of Morocco [now Kenitra, Morocco]. He was an actor and director, known for Paris n'existe pas (1969), Sérieux comme le plaisir (1975) and Bonjour Mr. Lewis (1982). He died on October 20, 1996 in Paris, France.
