Born in Hollywood, California December 28th, 1946 to Dehl Berti and Francis Cummins Collins he has spent his entire career as a special effect camera operator and webmaster.
He has a brother, Sanh Dehl Berti, a sister Derya Berti, a son Victorio Berti and a nephew Miles Berti.
Although born in California he relocated with his mother, father and brother to New York City where he remained until he was 8 years old at which time the entire family moved back to Hollywood California.
