Toto Bissainthe was born in 1934 in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti. She was an actress and composer, known for L'homme au contrat (1974), West Indies: The Fugitive Slaves of Liberty (1979) and En l'autre bord (1978). She died on June 4, 1994 in Pétionville, Haiti.
