Zlatko Buric is a Croatian-Danish actor who built a distinctive career in both European and international cinema. He began in experimental theater as a member of the influential group Kugla Glumiste before moving to Denmark in the early 1980s, where he established himself on screen. He became closely associated with director Nicolas Winding Refn, giving memorable performances in Bleeder (1999) and as Milo in the acclaimed Pusher trilogy, the latter earning him a Bodil Award for Best Supporting Actor. His versatility led to roles beyond Denmark, including his turn as a ruthless Russian billionaire in Roland Emmerich's disaster film 2012 - Das Ende der Welt (2009) and his reprisal of Milo in the British remake of Pusher.
