Singer, composer, guitarist, arranger and author, educated at Ohio
Wesleyan University. He was a guitarist and arranger with The Stuarts,
played in a band during World War II, and in 1960 he joined the Four
Freshmen, and ASCAP. His popular-song compositions include "Lonely for
My Love", "I'm in the Middle", "Oh Lonely Winter", and "Chelsea
Bridge".
