Michael was educated at Reading Blue Coat School in Sonning and made
his professional acting debut as Jim Hawkins in a production of
'Treasure Island' at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield. He then
appeared at Birmingham Rep, Leicester Phoenix, Soho Poly, the Royal
Court and the National Theatre.
