Composer, pianist and arranger, educated at the Chicago Musical College
and the Los Angeles Conservancy. He studied music with Ernst Toch and
Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco. He was a pianist, arranger and composer for
a number of television shows and for the film studios of RKO, Columbia,
and Walt Disney. Joining ASCAP in 1958, his chief musical collaborator
was Paul Weston.
