Fereydoun Farokhzad, a poet, a patriotic singer who was Iran's Jay Leno
during the time of Shah, was stabbed and was beheaded with a knife on
8th August 1992, in Bonn, Germany during the time of exile from the
Islamic Revolution, by the order of the clerical repressive corrupt
fanatical regime of IRI.
He was a great Entertainer and trained many great Persian singers
currently living in LA. He was someone of whom most people have fond
memories growing up in Iran. An educated patriot who fought against the
mullahs with all his power and finally was murdered in a tragic way by
the mullah regime. Fereydoun was always present during many
demonstrations and always spoke loud and clear against the Islamic
Republic and he is truly missed and irreplaceable.
