Born in the North-East of France in 1917, where she later retired and died in 1981, Suzanne Fleurant was mainly a theatre actress who also appeared in a few films, including Monsieur Hector (1940) alongside Fernandel and the medical drama On ne triche pas avec la vie (1949), with Madeleine Robinson. She had been married to industrialist Marcel Pelletier since 1943.
