Born in New York City, Mitch Galane studied film at the University of
Iowa and at the College of Marin. He graduated from the prestigious Art
Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. At the art center, he
met New Jersey native Doug Finelli and a lifelong friendship,
relationship of collaboration, and nonstop bickering ensued. The two
filmed My Best Friend's Wife on location in Freehold, New Jersey during
the summer of 2000. Galane is currently working on several screenplays
and is a producer on the hit TV series Ambush Makeover.
