Graciela Elena (born Graciela Elena Negron) is a singer, songwriter, & actress. She was born in Long Island, New York and raised in Queens, New York City by a Dominican mother and a Puerto Rican father. She began taking an interest in the arts at an early age.

At age 9, she began taking guitar lessons at a local music studio, and songwriting at age 12. She continued her musical training at Frank Sinatra School of the Arts, a performing arts high school in Astoria, Queens. As part of her musical training she studied music theory, and learned how to play the violin. She graduated in 2017, with an arts endorsed diploma.

At age 17, her acting roots began in theatre where she would audition and get cast in several stage productions. She made her acting debut playing the role of Lois Fisher in "The Children's Hour" by Lillian Hellman. In 2023, she made her on screen debut as Rosa in the short horror film "Three Baths" directed by Rafael De Leon Jr.
