Made student and art films from the age of 12 and studied filmmaking at
the School of Visual Arts in New York. Developed interactive video
programs and video games in the 1980s and 90s, and founded the "Wide
Gauge Film and Video Monthly" magazine about widescreen film processes.
Served on the advisory board for the Long Beach Widescreen Film
Festival. Was a Contributing Editor for Widescreen Review magazine.
Interviewed on television and in magazine and newspapers on widescreen
movies. Has published numerous articles on the subject. Sound engineer
for Sarnoff Corporation's Digital Cinema project. Currently writes for
magazines and restores antique radios, record players, and televisions
for museums and individuals.
