Samuel Chotzinoff was born on July 4, 1889 in Vitebsk, Russian Empire [now Belarus]. He was a producer, known for Hallmark Hall of Fame (1951), The Alcoa Hour (1955) and Amahl and the Night Visitors (1952). He was married to Pauline Heifitz. He died on February 9, 1964 in New York City, New York, USA.
