Dante Leandado was born in Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, VA
to Beatrice and Roberto Leandado, with an older brother (Roberto
Leandado Jr). and an older sister (Lynn Leandado) and attended school
in Virginia beach, VA, where he received his high school diploma. He
attended Old Dominion University and upon receiving his degree, moved
to California to further his career. Bill Cosby spoke at his graduation
from ODU.
