Milind gained early recognition with short films Bhook: The Hunger and Tezaab: The Burning Wound, followed by contributions to Doordarshan serials such as Sukha Dukha Cha Vate Var, Suraksha, Chakwa, Gandhari Che Dole, and Ganga. His technical expertise includes DI-color grading in Zhalla Bobhata and stills/making-of contributions in Mohar.
Trained under filmmaker Avinash M. Jadhav, Milind was exposed to major projects across Bollywood, Tollywood, and Hollywood, including Apaharan, Bodyguard, Dabangg, Singham, Gandhi the Monk, Paiya, and Mirchi. His production house launched the web series That Night in 2013, and as of 2025, he is developing new projects including Shadows of 333.
Since December 2015, Milind has also built a strong career as an IT Professional at 3i Infotech Ltd, Navi Mumbai, with over 9 years of expertise in back-office IT operations, enterprise support, and digital transformation. In 2025, he began pursuing HR training to strengthen his expertise in leadership, people management, and organizational development.
Milind's dual career reflects his ability to bridge creativity, technology, and leadership, inspiring a new wave of storytelling and innovation.
