L.P. Stephen Phelan was born on May 15, 1981 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to
Frances LaNoce and Stephen Phelan. He has been acting since an early
age in community theatres and through high school. He recently
completed a project with Chris Hanel, The Formula, which is a Star Wars
fan film. The film has been praised as one of best fan films to date on
websites such as Digitallama.com.
