Cédric Vaes is a Belgian actor and singer. Passionate about cinema from an early age, he made his first appearance in a film by the Dardenne brothers at the age of 20, which sparked his determination to pursue acting. Since then, he has built a versatile career across short films, independent projects, and stage performances.
In 2019, he co-founded the rock band Rootstuff as lead vocalist, combining his artistic sensibility with live performance. He has also collaborated on a wide range of creative projects, from commercials and operas to film production.
Year after year, Cédric is gaining recognition in Belgium, mostly with notable appearances in independent films, as well as upcoming roles in feature projects. He aims to bring authenticity and depth to his performances, inspired by both his personal journey and his strong artistic background.
