Carlos Antonio Rios Morales is a filmmaker, best known for his work on Lady E's Wedding Revenge Plan (2019) as an Editor. He is also recognised for his work as Director of Photography on Finger Guns (2024), Lavender Whispers (2025), and Filthy and Wrecked (2025). He specialised in Editing, Directing and Cinematography while at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Norwich University of the Arts.
