Lawrence Iweriebor, also known as Legendary Lawrence, is a Nigerian filmmaker, producer, and director. He has worked on six feature films in roles such as Script Supervisor, First Assistant Director, and Production Manager, and has contributed to 12 short films. He is best known for Stupid Finder (2022), Tamed (2022), and We Move (2020).
Lawrence began his career as an actor, featuring in a short film before studying Acting at the Royal Arts Academy (2020). After graduating, he appeared as an extra in a feature film shot in Asaba, Delta State (2021). In 2022, he attended Ebonylife Creative Academy to further develop his skills in Producing and Directing. While there, he co-produced the award-winning short film Stupid Finder (2022). His work has earned nominations at SWIFF2023 and the Bayelsa International Film Festival (2023).
As of 2025, Lawrence is working on three independent short films, focusing on Nigerian and African stories and fostering emerging talent.
