Oliver was born in 1967 in the very north of Germany in Kiel, finished
school in 1987 and became a photographer and camera assistant. He is
working as a freelance cameraman / cinematographer since 1990. In 1996
he founded his company LichtBildWerk for which he is a still
photographer as well. He is a member of the German Society of
Cinematographers (BVK).
