Plot: In 1714, during the War of the Spanish Succession, the city of Barcelona is under a brutal siege by Bourbon troops. The film follows a young woman named Agata, a resident of the city, who documents the devastating events as she waits for her husband to return from the war. It also chronicles the love story between her and Martí, a soldier fighting on the front line, who must battle against impossible odds to save his city and the woman he loves.
