BLOOD SCARAB 2008
Plot: Countess Elizabeth Bathory, the infamous "Blood Countess" and widow of Count Dracula, arrives from Transylvania to take over Dracula's castle in Los Angeles after his demise by sunlight. Desperate to find a way to exist in daylight and achieve true immortality, Bathory, with the help of Dracula's loyal but bumbling servant Renfield, makes a blood pact with an ancient Egyptian goddess. This pact involves a 3000-year-old awakened mummy, Hor-Shep-Sut, and requires the life force (or "ka") of three innocent maidens to complete the ritual. As Bathory attempts to become a daywalker vampire, she must contend with the unleashed mummy and the growing complications of her sinister plan, leading to a clash between ancient vampiric and Egyptian powers.
