Commando Cody: Sky Marshal of the Universe

Plot: Masked super-scientist Commando Cody, the Sky Marshal of the Universe, is called upon by the U.S. government to investigate a series of dangerous weather and climate changes ravaging Earth. Using his sonic-powered, one-man flying suit (rocket pack) and a newly built rocket ship, Cody and his colleagues, Joan Gilbert and Ted Richards, discover the disasters are being caused by space-alien forces. Their main adversary is a mysterious despot known only as "The Ruler" from an unknown planet. Cody must thwart The Ruler's various diabolical schemes—which include germ warfare, magnetic manipulation, and attempting to crash the moon into the Earth—as he pursues the villain's base across the solar system, eventually revealing The Ruler's origins and securing his capture on the planet Mercury.
